Me, You, Bali + The Culture

We were taken in not only by the beauty of the country, the people, but also the culture. We witnessed a funeral procession, saw temples, and religious celebrations. We had great experiences!

Bali Culture was Vibrant and Inviting

Taking in the local culture, we observed, in every store and on every car dash board these flower offerings to the gods. The dominant religion in Bali is Hindu. In these flower offerings there where always various things, all very intentional and symbolic of the needs of the offer.

Experiencing Bali isn’t complete without an elephant ride. We went to the Elephant Safari Park and took in an “interactive elephant experience”, including rides, feeding, and an elephant "talent show.” I was totally into the elephants painting and expressing themselves through art! Of course!
